Our products are made to order. We do not offer returns or refunds.
Each cot is manufactured specifically for your order after it is placed, so it cannot be resold or restocked.
Because production starts only after your order is confirmed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind, incorrect size selection, or space or fit issues at your home. Please check the dimensions of your room and your mattress against the size chart on the product page before ordering.
Orders cannot be refunded after manufacturing has started.

If your cot arrives damaged in transit, or a size other than the one you ordered is delivered, contact us within [reporting window placeholder] of delivery with photographs. We will repair or replace the affected unit. This is a manufacturing and transit remedy, not a return.
